Paradise Rescued B1ockOne Bordeaux Cabernet Franc is an almost unique wine from one of the most prestigious and largest vineyards in the world. Cabernet Franc is one of the three main grape varieties used in Bordeaux blends but less well known than Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Less than a dozen 100% Bordeaux Cabernet Franc wines are produced.
2016 was a successful vintage for Bordeaux and Paradise Rescued, ending a fine selection of vintages. The first half of the season was rainy and cold, but good flowering conditions, followed by a hot, dry summer with cool evening conditions which resulted in an excellent harvest.
